It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Hill of Grenada, Mississippi, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Clyde Ayers Lott and John Gilliland; her husband Jimmy S. Hill; and her siblings, Lila Jane Felts and Timothy W. Lott.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Vance (Bennie) of Grenada, Emily Petty (Ernest) of Grenada, Claudia Renfro of Grenada, Cynthia White (Will) of Grenada, Linda Lewis of Grenada, Patti Howard (Benji) of Grenada and Jimmy S. "Buzzy" Hill, III (Beverly) of Oakland; her sister Joyce Farnsworth (Bev) of Memphis, TN; and her grandchildren, Wade Vance (Kim), Tommie Dorris (Brian), Will Hill (Emy), Michael Gettys (Kim), Dawn Tassin (Don), Denine Artman (Kenny), Adam Vickery, Vicki Evans, Ethan Makamson (Randi), Justin Lewis (Amy), Chance Lewis (Morgan), Sarah Beth Williamson (Ricky), Drew Howard (Gwen), Lee Makamson, Leighton Makamson and Benji Vance. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
