He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Rocha and Juanita Saenz Rocha; his wife Polly Gray Rocha; and his sons, Raymond and Rene Rocha.
He is survived by: his children, Juanita Pressley (Dwight) of Madison and Rudy Rocha Jr. (Renee) of Grenada. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
