She was predeceased by: her parents, A. J. Marter and Willie Mae Clanton Marter; her husband Richard Murrell Beck; her daughter Carolyn Elaine Beck; her grandson Zach Windham; and her sisters, Mattie Mae Middleton and Earlene Marter.
She is survived by: her children, Richard "Ricky" Beck (Carol) and Melissa Middleton (Dalton) of Tupelo; her siblings, Pat Toney (Jerry) of Grenada and Rufus Marter (Faye) of Bellefontaine; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth Gray (Zach) of Tupelo and Ella Middleton of Tupelo.
