She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Campassi and Rosa Serio Campassi; her husband Edwin Harold Merriman, Sr.; her son Edwin Harold Merriman, Jr.; and her brothers, Robert, Pete and Charles Campassi.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Kay Vaughn of Ridgeland, Jennifer Lou Ivy (Dub) of Florence, Margaret Ann Wimberley (Randy) of Grenada, Ronald J. Merriman, Sr. (Barbara) of Grenada and Patrick H. Merriman of Grenada; her daughter-in-law Martha Merriman of Grenada; and her brother Sam Campassi (Nancy) of Spear Fish, SD. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
