He is survived by: his wife Ella Cox Russell of Grenada, MS; his children, Jamey Russell of Grenada, MS, James Louis Russell of Grenada, MS, Jennifer Russell of Greenville, MS and Melanie Russell Hill (Gary) of Riverview, FL; and his sister Shirley Stalvey (Sam) of Clermont, FL.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
