He was predeceased by: his parents, John Deussen and Alice White Deussen; and his brother David Deussen. He is survived by: his children, Rev. John Goldwater (Sara) of Grenada and Korrie Deussen of New York; his siblings, Sister Mary Michael of Round Top, NY and Mike Deussen of Port Huron, MI; his grandchildren, Josh, Levi, Alison and Anna Goldwater; and his close friend Alicia Applewhite of Grenada. He is also survived by one niece, two nephews.
