He was predeceased by: his parents, Bilbo Simpson and Imogene Cordell Simpson; and his brother Wayne Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Penny Simpson; his children, Lauren Vaughn (Brian) of Robertsdale, AL, Perry Lee Simpson, Jr. (Kelly) of Greenville and Heath Simpson (Elizabeth) of Cleveland; his siblings, Angie Dunn of Ft. Payne, AL and George Simpson of Starkville; and his grandchildren, Bella Simpson, Layla Simpson, Walker Simpson, Lucas Simpson, Hunter Vaughn and Colby Brooks.
