It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mellow Joseph Marascalco (Grenada, Mississippi), who passed away on November 27, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marascalco and Sarah Fertita Marascalco; his wife Robbie Carpenter Marascalco; and his siblings, Dona Marascalco, Rose Portera, Mary Portera, Joe Marascalco, Dr. Sam Marascalco and Dr. Frank Marascalco.
He is survived by: his children, Patrice Adcock of Oxford, Gilda Richardson of Grenada, Dr. Carl Marascalco, Glen Marascalco of Grenada and Mark Marascalco of Fairhope, Ala; and his siblings, Louise Hebron of Indianola, Iowa and Dr. John Marascalco of Grenada. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, the Joe Rowland Boys Home in Grenada, French Camp Academy or the Baptist Children's Village.
