She was predeceased by: her parents, Code Dean Whitfield and Vera Myrtle Woods Whitfield; her son Jerry Michael Hall (Carolyn) of Vicksburg; her siblings, Willie Merle Whitfield, W. C. "Bud" Whitfield and Paul Dean Whitfield, Sr.; and her half-siblings, Edith Whitfield McCoy, Roy Whitfield and Talmadge Whitfield.
She is survived by: her daughter Lydia Diane Hall Caulder (John) of Grenada; her siblings, Shirley Hemphill of Nashville, TN, C. D. Whitfield, Jr. (Nell) of Carroll County and Charles A. Whitfield (Mary) of Holcomb; her grandchildren, Scott David Caulder of Grenada, Michael Buckner Hall (Lindsay) of Memphis, TN and Susan Hall Blake (Paul) of Madison; and her great grandchildren, Carley Caulder, Danica Caulder, Katherine Blake, Michael Blake and Maggie Hall. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
