She is survived by: her husband Joseph Fillmore Boone, Sr.; her children, Katherine Boone Phelps (Bill) of Houston, Texas and Joey Boone (Luis Lopez) of Kissimmee, Florida; her granddaughter Caroline Phelps; and her brother Bobby Franklin Walton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
