He was predeceased by: his parents, Etoile Starnes Tallant Barker and Devoe Tallant; and his brothers, Thomas Wayne Tallant and Steven Tallant. He is survived by: his brother Billy D. Tallant of Grenada; and his nieces, Sandra Tallant Stowers, Nicole Tallant and Stephanie Tallant Dykes.
