He was predeceased by: his wife Orena Davis Dinas; and his brothers, Theodore A. Dinas and Constantine A. Dinas. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Athanasia Dinas of Chicago, IL; his nephew Theodore A. Dinas, Jr.; his cousin George Provias of Aberdeen; and his nieces and nephews, Wayne (Melba Smith), Charles (Gail Davis), Linda (Ken Futch), Jeff (Lottie Davis), Margaret Davis (Diana Davis) and Smokey Moss (Barry Moss).

Memorials may be directed to "The Samaritan's Fund" at First United Methodist Church – Grenada.
