He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Malone and Arie Dingler Malone of Arizona; and his sisters, Ettie Simmons, Evelyn Newnham and Betty Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy McGonagill Malone; his children, Allyson Minahan (Bill) of Cordova, TN and Cameron Malone of Knoxville, TN; his siblings, Martha "Tootsie" Smith of St. Louis, MO, Ethelene Lamb of Arkansas, Shirley Simmons (Thomas) of Grenada, Patricia Whitaker of Grenada, Charles Malone of Texas and Carl Malone of Green Bay, WI; and his grandchildren, Travis Malone and Ashlyn Malone.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service (4817 Commerce St, Grenada, MS 38901).
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
