He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Easley Milam and Catherine Mitchell Milam; his wife Glenda Milam; and his siblings, Kay Hubbard, Curtis Milam, Jr. and Jerry Milam.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathryn "Kim" Haley, Joan Moss, Sandra Patterson and Christy Passer; and his sister Birkie Nita Smith. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
