He is survived by: his son Gavin Kolb of Grenada; his parents, Valleria Griffin Blaylock of Grenada and Johnny Kolb of West Point; his brother Josh Kolb of Grenada; his grandfather John A. Kolb, Sr. of West Point; and his niece Karlie Grace Kolb.
