He is survived by: his children, Sonia Simpson (Herman) of Grenada, Joe Montgomery (Terri) of Grenada and Daniel Montgomery (Misty) of Grenada; his siblings, Brenda Hutchenson of Pontotoc and Arrie Montgomery of Arlington, TN; his grandchildren, Jennifer Campbell (Trent), Tori Williams (Blake), Emma Grace Montgomery, Ally Kate Montgomery and Jolie Beth Montgomery; and his great grandchildren, Khloe Campbell, Myles Williams, Korie Campbell, Hayes Williams and Grady Williams.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Zion Grove Church of God of Prophecy.
