She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Freely; her parents, Leslie Blaylock and Pauline Blaylock; and her siblings, Charles Blaylock, Jerry Blaylock and Ida Horton.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Freely (Jo Anna) of Starkville and Stephanie Case (Duane) of Hernando; her grandchildren, Cali Sims, Cole Freely, Colby Freely, Keegan Case and Cory Freely; her great grandchildren, David Sims, Isabella Sims, Kylan Sims and Amelia Sims; her siblings, Betty Whitt of Calhoun City and Leslie Blaylock, Jr. (Carolyn) of Iuka; and her sister-in-law Sheila Freely of Vardaman.
Memorials may be directed to Gideons International, the Emmanuel Baptist Church Building Fund, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
