We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2020, at the age of 92, Jimmie Wilburn Pinnix (Grenada, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Francine Pinnix of Grenada; and his son Brad Pinnix of Coffeeville. He is survived by: his children, Beth Pinnix Mitchell (Keith) of Grenada and Barry Pinnix (Leah) of Bolton, MS.; his sisters, Opal Pinnix McAdams and Annette Pinnix Shipley of Memphis, TN.; and his grandchildren, Matt Mitchell (Leah) of Brandon, Kristin Corkern (Daniel) of Florence, Gracie Mae Pinnix of Bolton, Maggie Beth Pinnix of Bolton, Jill Pinnix of Olive Branch and Lana Pinnix of Olive Branch. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be directed to the Yalobusha County Historical Society at P.O. Box 258, Coffeeville, MS 38922.
