He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Thomas and Francis Cole Thomas; his wife Debbie DuBard Thomas; and his brother Johnny Rufus Thomas. He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Katie Thomas Hood (Jeremy) of Grenada and Hannah Michelle Thomas of Washington, DC; his sister Judy Thomas Pyron (Don) of Grenada; his granddaughter Madeline Grace Hood of Grenada; and his in-laws, W. L. and Jean DuBard of Carroll County. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Grenada (450 Faith Dr, Grenada, MS 38901). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
