He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry James, Sr. and Mary Woolfolk Legge of Virginia; and his sister Patty Jamison. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Legge; his daughters, Emily Legge of Grenada and Kaitlyn Legge of Grenada; and his siblings, Becky Holden of Coldwater, Jeff Legge (Cindy) of Batesville and Johnny Legge of Senatobia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
