He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Dorothy Atkinson Baker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Baker of Grenada; his children, Lee Ann Williams (James) of Atlanta, GA and Scott A. Baker of Oxford; and his grandson J. V. Williams.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude's.
