He is survived by: his children, Cindy Kinard (Clint), Dale Staten, Shane Staten (Fran) and Jeffery Warren (Jay); his brother Hal Staten (Ginger); his siblings-in-law, Bobby Vance (Susan) and Lisa Hughes (Todd); and his grandchildren, Justin Kinard (Lauren), Kaden Zink, Alex Livingston (Kurt), Haley Kinard, Dylan Staten (Meaghan), Hunter Staten, Leah Kinard, Ethan Staten and Mia Warren.
