As we bid adieu to Jeanette's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Jeanette has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dorman and Agnes Dorman of Vaiden; her husband Raymond Cecil Mitchell, Sr.; and her son Ricky Joe Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Price (Rickey) of Grenada and Raymond Cecil Mitchell, Jr. of Cullman, AL; her daughter-in-law Becky Mitchell of Rosebloom; and her close friends, Loyce and Stick Stokes. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rosebloom Church of the Nazarene. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Smith Cemetery Fund.
