She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Chapuis and LaUna Tribble Chapuis; her children, Cheryl Hendricks England and Ray Miller Provine; her grandson Artie Cameron Provine; her siblings, Ouida Miller, Ray Chapuis and Ralph Chapuis; and her niece Jackie Chapuis.
She is survived by: her husband Artie Hendricks; her sons, Rev. Jack C. "Chuck" Provine, Jr. (Sherry), Robert Craig Provine (Libby) and Rev. Charles Alan Provine; her sister Lynne Robinson Mitchell; her grandchildren, Jason Craig Provine (Elizabeth), Barbara P. Barton (Brock), Robert C. Provine, Jr., Mary Cameron Elizabeth Provine and Paul England; her great grandchildren, Savannah Provine, Elsa Provine, Cohen Barton, Camdyn Barton, Jace McCoy, Tristin England and Kelci Brooke England; and her nieces and nephews, Pat Miller, Helen Marie Chapuis Adams, Bobby Ray Chapuis, Jim Miller and Buddy Chapuis.
Jane was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, graciously served our community as a "Pink Lady" at our local hospital and was an American Cancer Society Volunteer.
