He was predeceased by: his parents, James Boozer and Leora Boozer; his son Jeffrey Ronald Boozer; and his sisters, Jerrel Dean Boozer Moore, Phyllis Ann Boozer and Cloteen Boozer.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Boozer of Grenada; his sons, James Alvin Boozer, Jr. (Jamie) of Mountain View, Joe Boozer of Grenada and Jeremy Boozer of Gulfport; and his sisters, Doris Boozer Tartt of Elliott and Glenda Gale Boozer Steed of Grenada. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
