He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhren Thomas and Lois Turner Payne; his wife Dorothy Wray Gray Payne; and his son Jimmy Dale Payne. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Payne (Tammy) of Batesville and Larry Payne (Terra) of Grenada; and his siblings, Martha Wallace, Brenda Patterson of Byhalia and Johnny Payne of Hattiesburg. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
