With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emma Gentry Brown of Grenada, Mississippi, born in Charleston, Mississippi, who passed away on March 28, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Gentry and Lucy Gentry; her husband William Floyd Brown; and her son William Donald "Donnie" Brown. She is survived by: her children, Gail Burkhalter (Ray) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Jerry Brown (Michelle) of Grenada; her grandchildren, Nick Smith (April), Allen Brown (Jennifer), Shane Brown (Jessica), Emily Brown, Lexie Baker (Will) and Jerlyn Brown; her great grandchildren, Cade Smith, Gage Brown, Rylee Smith, Laura Brown, Addie Brown, Ashley Brown, Grant Brown and Avery Brown; and her sister Alice Clolinger (Billy John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
