He was predeceased by: his parents, Stylon Proctor and Olive Burns Proctor; his wife Ouida Barr Proctor; his son Tommy Proctor; and his brother Farris Proctor.
He is survived by: his children, Connie McDonald (Eddie), Sheila Barfield and Steven Proctor (Myron). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren.
