He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lee Vaughan and Mary Omalene Stewart Vaughan; his brother Ronald S. Vaughan; and his aunt Dorene Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Whitaker Vaughan; his daughters, Paula Lee Vaughan of Grenada and Beth Vaughan Muselwhite (David) of Grenada; and his grandchildren, Bailey Muselwhite (Madeleine) of Austin, TX and Elizabeth Muselwhite of Grenada. He is also survived by nieces nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to St. Nicholas Treasure Chest and The Food Pantry at All Saints Episcopal Church.
