He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Jack Taylor and Marjorie Eidson Taylor; his wife Nelda Taylor; his daughter Leigh Allison Taylor; and his sister Carol Cummins.
He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Blakely (Damon); his siblings, Sandra White (Mike) of Grenada and Mike Taylor (Teresa) of Ridgeland; his grandchildren, Devin Cooper (Anna), Jessica Parks (Drew), Taylor Heineck, Curtis Heineck, Jackson Kennedy and Belle Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Allyeana, Zoey, Kendall, Isabella, Praisley Cooper, Brylee, Jaycee Parks, Jeremiah, Remington Moyers, Kamila Brower and Mayleigh Heineck. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Grenada Church of God (2384 Carrollton Rd, Grenada, MS 38901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
