He was predeceased by: his parents, Beecher Ward and Carmen Cork Weatherall; his daughter Amy Witherington; and his siblings, Mary Ann Watts and Jimmy Weatherall.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Peyton, Connor Witherington of Birmingham, AL and Ashley Vance (James) of San Antonio, TX; his sister Patricia Stone (Harold) of Wesley Chapel, FL; and his son-in-law Kevin Witherington (Charlene) of Birmingham, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
