He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Otis and Mary Elizabeth Gho Haley; and his brother Billy Joe Haley. He is survived by: his wife May May Haley of Grenada; his son Paul Julian Haley of Austin, TX; and his brother Eddie Haley (Joan) of Senatobia.
