He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Caldwell Harbin Sr. and Eloise Mitchell Harbin; and his wife Peggy Ruth Evans of Grenada, MS.. He is survived by: his children, Lee Harbin of Fredericksburg, TX, Patti Harbin Hernandez (Mike) of Grenada and Frank Harbin (Sharolyne) of Coffeeville; his grandchildren, Dane Harbin (Lorna), Zack Harbin (Chelsey), Cody Harbin (Elia) and Chesney Harbin Dunning (Gage); and his brother Stowe Harbin Sr. (Brenda) of Oak Grove, LA.. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (450 Faith Dr, Grenada, MS 38901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to First Baptist Church of Grenada, 450 Faith Drive, Grenada MS 38901; or TGHECF (Tallahatchie General Hospital Extended Care Facility) Auxiliary, 2452 D.E. Denman Road, Charleston MS 38921.
