He is survived by: his wife Mary Welch of Leflore; his children, Lynn Welch (Phyllis) of Holcomb and Beckie Welch Gorman (Nathan) of Elaine, AR; his siblings, Margaret Ward of Holcomb and Randy Welch (Linda) of Holcomb; and his grandchildren, Everett Welch, Will Goff (Tiffany), Scottie Welch (Whitney), Jennie Hurst (Jake), Brittney Thomas (Markus) and Danielle Deaton (Clint). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
