He is survived by: his wife Tina Palmer; his mother Marie Palmer of Waterford; his sister Lorea Perkins of Oxford; his stepdaughter Leslie Kroninger of Grenada; and his nieces, Mary Kate and Anna Claire Perkins of Oxford.
