She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Easley Milam and Catherine Mitchell Milam; her husbands, Billy Pryor, Herbie Newcomb and Benny Smith; her son Herbie Newcomb, Jr.; and her siblings, Kay Hubbard, Curtis Milam, Jr., Jerry Milam and Johnny Milam.
She is survived by: her son Robert Earl Newcomb (Betty); and her grandchildren, Rob Parker and Charity Newcomb Burkett. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Mortimer National Funeral Home Chapel (2113 Commerce St, Grenada, MS 38901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
