Billy Woods Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Woods of Grenada, Mississippi, who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lura Belle and Robert E. Woods; and his brother Larry Woods. He is survived by: his wife Martha Swindoll Woods; his children, Scott (Lea) and Debra Woods; his brother Joe Woods of Grenada; and his grandchildren, Raven Phillips (Wesley), Jared Woods (Mary Catelin) and Lauren Anderson (Richie). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Grenada (450 Faith Dr, Grenada, MS 38901). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
