He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Little and Orie Little; and his siblings, Tully Little, Buddy Little, Dude Little, Doc Little, Cebo Little, Wayne Little, Margie Hancock (Dee) and Florence Ratliff.
He is survived by: his significant other Etoyle Higginbotham; his children, Billy Fred Little, Jr. (Sherry) of Senatobia, Debra Rivers of Olive Branch, Sandra Lucchesi (Ron) of Memphis and Bobby Little of Ridgeland; his grandchildren, Josh Couch of Memphis, TN, Katie Couch of McKinleyville, CA, Beth Moore of Senatobia, Kyle Little (Anna) of Madison and Patrick Rivers of Memphis, TN.; his great grandchildren, Zoie Couch, Wesley Moore, Maddox Couch, Fenton Little, Lydia Little and Luke Little; and his sisters, Mahaley Hames of Oakland and Lou Whatley of Grenada. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
