He is survived by: his wife Donnie Spruill Vance; his children, Kathy Cummins (Eddie) of Grenada and Toby Vance (Veronica) of Ashburn, VA; his brother E. B. Vance (Ledar) of Grenada; his grandchildren, Stephanie Garcia, Trey McKelroy, Hannah Vance, Carley Vance and Nikki Vance; and his great grandchildren, Bryan, Bryce, Kayden, Charlee Grace, John and Liam.
