She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Elizabeth Wallace Webb; her husband Lee Allen Tassin; and her brothers, James Wallace "Butch" Webb and Raymond Ernest Webb.

She is survived by: her sons, Roger Tassin (Christie) of Holcomb and Don Tassin (Dawn) of Petal; her grandchildren, Matthew Tassin, Megan Clark, Whitley Tassin and Abbye Blackwell; and her great grandchildren, Aven Claire Clark and Mari Allen Tassin.
