She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Worley Newman and John Carlton; and her brother Randy Carlton. She is survived by: her children, Tara Murphy (Andy) of Boyle, Natalie Strong of Grenada and Trey Strong (Kristen) of Carrollton; her sister Amy Lott (Timmy) of Greenwood; and her grandchildren, Brooke Thrasher, Grace Strong, Kylie Strong and Mary Hensley Murphy.
