He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dewey Ellis and Verlene Slaton Ellis; and his sister Starlie Ellis. He is survived by: his sons, Tracy Ellis of Coila, MS and William Dell Ellis, Jr. of Hernando, MS; and his sister Teresa Hunger of Jackson Hole, WY. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
