He is survived by: his mother Ruth Parish McCollum Cates of Cleveland, MS; his siblings, Bill McCollum (Stella) of Braxton, MS, Shirley Turner of Boyle, MS, Bonnie Willett of Cleveland, Patsy Flautt (Jim) of Carrollton, MS, David McCollum (JoAnn) of Cleveland, MS, Judy Wasson (Jim), Rocky McCollum (Marie) of Hardy, AR, Penny Jones of Biloxi, MS and Kenneth McCollum (Theresa) of Evening Shade, AR.; his stepsiblings, Greg Cates, Robert Cates, Kim Lawson and Kathy Lewellen; and his caregivers, Molly Estes and Katy Austin.
