It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Flanagan of Greenwood, Mississippi, who passed away on October 19, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Dillard of Macon; and his brother Jim Flanagan. He is survived by: his children, Tom Flanagan (Anne) of Greenwood, George Flanagan (Sara) of Tupelo, Elizabeth Stowers (Jamie) of Greenwood and Margaret Coblentz (Brian) of Germantown, TN.; his grandchildren, David Flanagan (Niki), Kate Evans (Jamie), Meg Naaman (Michael), Mary Parker Tribble (Spence), Lee Stowers, Will Stowers, Maggie Coblentz and Samantha Coblentz; his sister-in-law Mildred Bell Flanagan; and his great grandchild Reid Flanagan. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and one great- great grandchild.
Because of his special love for animals, the family would request that any memorials be made to Leflore County Humane Shelter, 1810 Cypress Ave, Greenwood MS, (662-453-8085) or a favorite charity.
