He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Clarence Randall Peeples and Shirley Starnes (Henry) of Philipp, MS; his sister-in-law Lawanda McBride Peeples; his niece Donna Rideout (Harold); his nephew Henry "Trey" Starnes III (Jennifer); and his great-nephews, Quay Starnes (Nikki), Emerson Starnes, Steven Rideout (Elizabeth) and Hayden Rideout.
