She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Edwin McLeod Meek and Frances Johnson Meek; and her husband James Edwin Upshaw. She is survived by: her brother Dr. Edwin McLeod Meek, Jr. (Betty Van) of Greenwood; her children, Dr. Frank Henry Flautt Jr. (Mary Haley Flautt) of Greenwood and Frances Flautt Zook (James Randolph); her stepchildren, Steve Upshaw of Greenwood and Lisa Upshaw Fuente of Safety Harbor, Fla.; her grandchildren, Mary Steele Flautt Mock of The Colony, Tex of Jackson, Katherine Merrill Flautt of Jackson, Suzanne Alline Flautt of Jackson, James Randolph Zook III (Jack) of Oxford and Henry McWillie Zook (Will) of Oxford; and her former husband Frank Henry Flautt of Greenwood.
