She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvie Lee and James Lee; her husband Phillip Carnaggio; her daughter Julie Anne Besselievre; and her sister Patty Lee.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Jo McDowell (Joe) of Ridgeland, Patrice Carnaggio of Greenwood and Jennifer Winter (Chris) of Oxford; her grandsons, Dr. Phillip Sandifer (Katherine) of Oxford, Gregory Sandifer (Julia Morgan) of Jackson, Matthew Besselievre of Greenwood, Patrick Besselievre (Olivia) of Flowood and Christopher Winter of South Bend, Indiana.; and her great grandchildren, Mary Nell, Kate, Lee Monroe Sandifer of Oxford, Liz Harper, Sarah Grace Sandifer of Jackson, Ollie Besselievre and Bennet Besselievre of Flowood.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (511 W Washington St, Greenwood, MS 38930). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
