He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrel Callaway Parker and Julian Earnest Johnson, Jr.; his wife Sandra Knight Johnson; and his sister Merrel Johnson Wood. He is survived by: his stepson Albert Morris Austin V (Wendy) of Nashville; his brother Henry Parker Johnson (Judy) of Greenwood; his brother-in-law Richard Allen Wood III of Greenwood; his nieces, Martha Boswell Brock, Mary Lindsey Smith and Merrel Boswell Patridge; and his nephew Dr. Henry Parker Johnson, Jr..
