She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cummings and Jewel Boatman Cummings; her son Billy Ray Philley, Jr.; and her sister Lady Embry. She is survived by: her husband Billy Ray Philley Sr. of Greenwood, MS; her children, Phoebe Philley of Greenwood, MS and Jimmy Twitchell (Valerie) of Hattiesburg, MS; her grandchildren, Nikki Philley Dyche (Corie), Johnathan Twitchell (Evelyn) and Morgan Ann Hardison (Ben); her great grandchildren, Joshua Matthew Philley, Sarah McKinney, Karli McKinney, Shelby Dyche, Livy Hardison and Merritt Hardison; and her sister Dee Oglesby of Greenwood, MS. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
