He was predeceased by: his parents, James Palmer and Louella Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Becky Pickett; his daughter Janet Palmer (Lacey) of Bellingham, WA; and his siblings, Becki Sackrider (Joe) of Bay Center, WA, John Palmer (Linda) of Bellingham, WA, Joel Palmer of Montesano, WA and Jess Palmer (Lisa) of Shalimar, FL..
Since Jimbo selected to have his body donated to research to advance their understanding of cancer, his ashes will be interred in their final resting place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Delta, P. O. Box 1718, Greenwood, MS 38930 or a charity of the donor's choice.
